Alfred Gabriel
Alfred is an experienced Mortgage Specialist who has been helping people achieve their real estate goals for more than 16 years. Alfred grew up in Winnipeg, MB, and, like many former Winnipeg residents, moved to Calgary after high school to pursue a promising career. While living in Calgary, the real estate market peaked his interest and he began going out with friends and families looking for a home at his own leisure.
Who We Are
Katrina Basanez
Katrina Basanez has been helping people build capital, invest and obtain mortgages for more than 12 years. Her experience as an underwriter has helped her provide quality customer service and allowed her to navigate the real estate industry with confidence and success.
Katrina or "Kat" specializes in traditional lending options such as banks, monolines and credit unions, as well as non-traditional lending such as private and alternative lending. She also is highly experienced when helping first time home buyers, spousal buyout, equity take out, refinance, transfer/renewal and HELOC.
Away from work, Kat loves spending time with her eight year old boy, with family and friends, but also Kat enjoys snowboarding, travelling, working out, dining out and trying new things.
